Data Sheets and the NBA

Today’s newsletter has four, count ‘em four, data sheets from Props.Cash and our partner WallaBets. Check the sheets out below, there’s a ton of information and data across all four sheets for the NBA, but mainly for Major League Baseball & the NHL.

To supplement the Most Researched sheet for the NBA, we dug into the app to find two 3PTM trends worth keeping an eye on for tonight’s slate.

Let’s get into it.

We found these two trends by looking at DvP, or defense vs position. That filter shows you which teams rank at the bottom of the NBA against the prop you’re looking at. For our case, 3PTM props.

Jalen Brunson, 2.5 3PTM

He’s been dreadful in his L10 games from three, averaging 1.6 3PTM while averaging 5.5 3PTA. He only has 3+ made threes in two of his last 10. But the good news is that he’s facing the Celtics, who rank 27th in threes allowed to opposing point guards.

Brunson has 11 games this season against teams that rank in the bottom 5 of three-point defense against opposing point guards, and in those 11 games, he’s absolutely cooked.

In those 11 games, he’s averaging 4.0 made threes with 6 or more made threes three times. He has an 82% hit rate against this 2.5 line in those 11 games, and has cleared it in 5 straight. At home with these parameters, he’s averaging 5.0 made threes with a 100% hit rate.

He’s also over in 8 straight games against the Celtics at home, averaging 3.5 made threes. And in every single one of those games, he’s attempted at least 7 threes, with 8 or more in 6 of the 8 games.

This season, when he attempts 7 or more threes against all opponents, he’s averaging 3.5 made threes with a 74% hit rate

Draymon Green, 1.5 3PTM

A Draymond Green 3PTM trend in 2026? Yep!

Green goes toe-to-toe with the Lakers, who are without a few regulars, but still rank 28th in 3-point defense against opposing power forwards. Steph Curry is also out for the Warriors. Let’s combine those two facts:

Draymon has 7 games this season against bottom-five 3-point defenses, and in those 7 games, he’s averaging 2.1 made threes with a 71% hit rate.

It’s also worth noting that in games with Steph, he’s averaging 4.2 3PTA and in games without Steph, he’s averaging 5.3 3PTA. This is how he splits depending on his attempts:

  • 1-3 3PTA: 22 games, 0.6 3PTM average, 0% hit rate

  • 4-5 3PTA: 22 games, 1.5 3PTM average, 52% hit rate

  • 6+ 3PTA: 23 games, 2.4 3PTM average, 78% hit rate

Volume is the key, and without Steph, he sees an uptick in volume. Can he deliver?
